With 25 years in television, Matt has produced thousands of hours of award-winning content for networks and streaming platforms. He founded VoyagerOne in January 2021 and executive produced the documentary The Greatest Hoops Show of All Time (Vice TV) and the series In Their Own Words (PBS). His documentary on comedian Flip Wilson is in development at HBO, and he is also working on a scripted feature film about the Suez Canal blockage with Vendome. Previously, Matt served as President of Our House Media USA, where he greenlit series such as Stylish with Jenna Lyons (HBO Max) and Welcome to Waverly (Bravo). As EVP of Original Content at Esquire Network, he launched over 40 series, including Team Ninja Warrior and Friday Night Tykes, and played a key role in transforming the G4 Network into a profitable brand. Matt’s career also includes roles as SVP of Development at Truly Original Entertainment, Head of Alternative at BermanBraun, VP of Development at VH1, and Associate Publisher of SPIN Magazine. He has been instrumental in creating notable reality TV series like Too Cute (Animal Planet) and Celebrity Fit Club (VH1).
Marlon Paul is a valuable addition to the Mad Betti development slate. A veteran cinematographer with extensive experience in both scripted and unscripted television, as well as feature films, Marlon brings a keen eye for people and story. His work with Media Trifecta and Mad Betti has primarily involved consulting and producing sizzles, pilots, and corporate projects. Now venturing into content development, Marlon's first show has already attracted major buyers, with many more exciting ideas on the way.
Veronica has worked with networks such as HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel, and Magnolia Network, developing new series and discovering new talent. As an Executive Producer and Showrunner, she has led many episodes of Magnolia's historical renovation series "In With the Old" and served as EP for Fox Business's real estate series "American Dream Home." She has produced, EP'd, and directed hundreds of episodes of house-hunting content for HGTV's "Log Cabin Living," "Mountain Life," and "Beach Hunters" series. She has also been awarded an Emmy for her work on the Comcast Cable series "Denver Student Voices."
With over two decades in television, Peter has achieved notable success across global platforms. His influential work spans travel documentaries and extreme sports, appearing on top networks like Discovery Channel, History Channel, National Geographic Channel, HBO, and others. Starting in the camera department and advancing through roles such as Editor, Story Editor, Writer, Director, and Series Producer, Peter has honed his expertise extensively. Since 2018, he has led production and content development at 4East Media and Media Trifecta, and since 2021, he has been a freelance Series Producer for "Ghost Hunters of the Grand River" on APTN, contributing to its success as it enters its fourth season. Peter’s career reflects his dedication to excellence and innovation, earning him recognition as a key figure in the television industry.
Sharone Ostrovsky has spent the past 25 years writing, directing and producing riveting content for a wide range of buyers and genres. Her vast experience ranges from concept creation, to showrunning, overseeing crews, budgets and financing, right down to colour correcting the very last frame. Her attention to detail and knack for finding special talent allows her to create special stories. Sharone is always on top of the latest trends and knows why people love them. Her passion for entertaining viewers is evident through the hundred’s of hours of binge-worthy content she has created for national and international markets in the world of reality television.
Kipling Wilson is an unscripted television development executive and reality TV producer. He brings over a decade of premium non-fiction programming experience to Mad Betti Media.
Kipling began his career on the East Coast working as a television news producer before pursuing other endeavors in the entertainment industry. After relocating to Los Angeles, Wilson gained acceptance into the prestigious Agent Training Program at APA Talent Agency in Beverly Hills. While working in the Alternative and Factual Programming Department, he became fascinated with unscripted television development.
Kipling worked with some of the most in-demand and accomplished producers in the following years. These opportunities were a game-changer for his creativity and career growth. Before working with Mad Betti, Kipling managed development efforts at eOne and 3Ball Entertainment. More recently, he worked as the Senior Director of Development at Hot Snakes Media.
Kipling Wilson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication (Broadcast Production) from North Carolina A&T State University. He is also a member of The Hollywood Radio & Television Society.
David Tobiasz is a producer and writer who has worked with the Media Trifecta development team on new unscripted concepts, including a large social experiment format for the past few years. With extensive experience in both scripted and unscripted TV, as well as podcast production, David has collaborated with major firms such as Insight Productions, Big Coat Media, and Media Trifecta. In addition to his work with Mad Betti, David works in rights, acquisition and distribution at Bell Media.
Jeremy Friedmann is a writer, director, and performer. After training at some of the best comedy institutions in the world, Jeremy has gone on to write and perform in shows that have been featured in the Del Close Marathon, Montreal Sketch Fest, Big City Improv Festival, LA Indie Improv Festival, and the Toronto Sketch Fest where his troupe received the 2023 Audience Favourite Award.
He's written and developed scripted and unscripted properties and has been collaborating with Media Trifecta on an exciting new slate of social experiments.
